Giving back through life-changing experiences.
Our amazing team of family and friends are volunteers who are committed to helping others. We take our convictions and turn them into action. We have walked the walk and we are paying it forward in memory of our brave, strong Amazing Panda HARPER GRACE

Since January 9th, Harper has been fighting for her life. After 3 years of highs and lows with her first transplant everything came to a painful impasse. Her first transplanted organs started to deteriorate quickly after an emergency hospitalization. But this little girl’s fire never burned out. On June 24th her transplant team at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Holtz Children’s Hospital found a new donor and brought her into surgery to remove all her old donor organs and gave her a second transplant. This was a very crucial and challenging surgery and without the love and knowledge for Harper not to mention being some of the best pediatric doctors and surgeons in the world Harper may have never woke up from this surgery. Today Harper was able to go outside and soak in the beautiful Miami sun. As she walked and threw pennies in the fountain and just LIVED, enjoying every moment of it, shows the world that her fire and faith to survive will never burn out. Harper is truly an amazing child and today we are so grateful and proud of her and everything and everyone she has brought into her world. Our Panda is meant for greatness and her story will not stop here. Harper passed June 5 2019 and we started this foundation to help families with life struggles while they are caring for their child with medical issues
We focus on helping families with life Expenses while they are struggling with a child or adult that has serious medical needs
